Life Saving Organization invites applications for the post of Project Coordinator in Bhopal.
Project Background
The project aims to make the promise of access to justice a reality by providing legal empowerment to women, the poor, and members of other marginalized communities. It focuses on providing legal aid to victims of denial of justice at the grassroots level and families of the deceased, encouraging them to be vocal in implementing and bringing about changes.

Job Description
Project Coordinator: Responsible for steering, supervising, and coordinating the planned project delivery at the Head Office level. He/she will report to the Executive Director. This post will be located in Bhopal and requires external travel every month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing project work plans to meet project goals and objectives.
- Ensuring good coordination with all stakeholders, local administration, and the local community.
- Planning, program design, and ensuring its proper implementation at the field level.
- Supervising field visits and providing technical support to field staff.
- Submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the head office and providing day-to-day guidance to project staff.
- Supervising the team for baseline surveys, end line surveys, and ensuring proper data entries.
- Updating the Executive Director on the progress of ongoing project activities and future plans in line with the project plan.
- Finalizing program documents (drafts) for necessary compliance in consultation with the Executive Director.
- Developing IEC material as required by the project.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Social Work or LLM.
- Good understanding of citizens' rights in the Indian judiciary and access to the justice system.
- Proficient in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
- Efficient time management skills, willingness to work to strict deadlines, and ability to work in complex and diverse work environments.
- Well-versed with computer applications, data analysis, word processing, and audio-visual PowerPoint presentations.
- Competent writing skills with the ability to analyze and report project progress.
- Good monitoring and evaluation skills.
- Laptop proficiency to facilitate work.
- Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience.
Duration:
01/10/2024 to 01/10/2026 (Contractual)
Remuneration:
Rs. 90,000/- per month plus TA for outbound travel.
Travel Requirements:
Must be comfortable traveling to project areas for regular supervision and coordination.
